WS 2000 not reporting to app

I got a new WS 2000 and its not reporting data to the app.  The app, under devices shows the station and says its reporting, but under dashboard it says "There's no real-time data yet. Give us a sec".  I verified that the MAC address is correct and the station is connected to the WIFI.
